Payment information
Card payments are processed on the secure, TLS-encrypted payment page of CIB Bank Zrt. You enter your card details only on the bank's page; the operator of forras-apartman.hu (PATHO-DIAG Könyvelő Bt.) never sees or stores them.
Accepted cards: Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro. Payment is made in Hungarian forint (HUF); for card accounts in other currencies the issuing bank converts the amount at its own rate.
Depending on the card issuer, the bank may ask for 3D Secure authentication (Visa Secure, Mastercard ID Check): you approve the purchase in your bank's mobile app or with an SMS code.
Buyer's guide — payment steps
- After sending your booking (or via the link in the confirmation e-mail) the summary page opens with the amount due.
- Click “Pay by card” to go to CIB Bank's payment page.
- Enter the card number, expiry date and the CVC/CVV code from the back of the card.
- If the issuer requires it, approve the purchase in your bank's app or with an SMS code (3D Secure).
- The bank redirects you back to forras-apartman.hu, where the result is shown: transaction ID (TRID), authorisation number (ANUM), response code (RC), response text (RT), amount (AMO).
- We e-mail the same details; after a successful deposit payment the booking is confirmed immediately.
Successful and failed payments
On a successful payment the bank authorises the amount on the card and then charges it. On a failed or cancelled payment nothing is charged; a temporary hold is released by the issuing bank under its own rules.
If no payment is made within the available time, the bank closes the transaction as timed out. You can restart the payment with the link in the confirmation e-mail.
Complaints, cancellation, refunds
Cancellation of the accommodation booking and refund of the deposit follow the cancellation rules of the Terms and conditions; the online consultation package follows the terms of the online consultation (free cancellation up to 48 hours before).
For complaints, incorrect charges or refunds write to info@forras-apartman.hu quoting the transaction ID (TRID). Justified refunds are returned to the card through CIB Bank, within a few business days depending on the issuing bank.
The service offered
forras-apartman.hu lets you book the Forrás Apartman (8184 Balatonfűzfő-Fűzfőgyártelep, Bugyogóforrás utca 18.); a 30% deposit of the accommodation fee can be paid by card. The full price of the “Exclusive offers” package (apartment stay with online storytelling therapy or online coaching consultation, 1 night / 1 person / 45 minutes, 40 000 HUF) can be paid by card. The service is not health care.
