When you submit a booking we collect: your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any optional message you provide. If you create an account we additionally store the password as a cryptographic hash.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to process your booking, contact you about its status (confirmation, rejection, cancellation), and keep an internal record of past visits. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for as long as required by law and our legitimate operational needs. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
